Role & responsibilities :

Were looking for a visual storyteller who:

  • Has worked with a fashion or lifestyle brand and gets the balance between clean and cool.
  • Is obsessed with sharp cuts, seamless transitions, and scroll-stopping edits.
  • Is always on top of the latest trends.
  • Can use AI, motion graphics, or CGI elements to elevate an edit not overcomplicate it.

Your Typical Day at Anny will Look Like:

  • Editing Reels, campaign videos, and BTS content for Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Syncing trending audio with clean pacing, story, and purpose.
  • Collaborating with the creative team on shoot briefs, cuts, transitions, and mood.
  • Suggesting new reel formats, experimental edits, and platform-first ideas.
  • Using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Runway to build clean, fast, engaging edits.
  • Sprinkling in CGI or motion graphics (text animations, overlays, etc.) when it makes the content pop.

Your KPIs:

  • 810 edited video assets per week across platforms.
  • First cut delivery within 2436 hours of raw footage.
  • 23 trend-based or experimental edits integrated weekly.
  • Weekly tracker of links, captions, performance, and learnings.

Visual and tonal consistency across all content no brand disconnects.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 13 years of editing experience for fashion or D2C lifestyle brands.
  • Strong grip on Premiere Pro, CapCut, and AI-assisted editing tools.
  • Basic working knowledge of CGI or motion graphics (After Effects, animated text, overlays).
  • Sharp eye for fashion visuals — your edits don't just look good, they feel right.
  • Fast turnaround, proactive mindset, and content instincts that are never off-trend.

Bonus if You: Help us shoot/edit lo-fi content when required.
