  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Must have excellent written and communication skills.
  • Experienced in preparing test data, Preparation of test cases and Test execution
  • Very focused with service delivery
  • Good knowledge of test management tools used in industries today.

Nice to have

  • Good people/interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical and troubleshooting skills (the ability to think logically through a problem)
  • Capable of working under a fast pace and dynamic working environment
  • Experience in Responsive Testing
  • Self-driven and able to work by yourself or within a team
  • Work experience in Smoke Testing, System Testing, Sanity Testing etc

Role/Requirement:

Test Lead - Oracle EBS

Grade C1 / C2

Experience more than 7 years

  • Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release/delivery
  • Provide Project Status to the Project Manager
  • Work assignment of test team
  • Working closely with BAs, functional lead and Development team.
  • Planning, deploying and managing the testing effort for any given engagement/release
  • Design Test scenarios and Test Cases
  • Test Execution and Defect reporting
  • Bug Tracking and Involvement in Triage call
  • Communicate effectively with client, multifunctional team, developers, and project team

  • Very client focused with regards to service delivery
