Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Communication Associate with excellent telecalling skills and fluency in English and Hindi. The candidate will be responsible for client outreach, explaining our AIF (Alternative Investment Fund) offerings, and supporting the business development team.

Key Responsibilities:


• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to explain AIF products


• Maintain updated records of communication and investor interactions


• Generate leads and follow up regularly to ensure client engagement


• Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and suitability


• Handle client queries and guide them through the investment process


• Maintain detailed call logs, Excel sheets and Mails.


• Collaborate with internal teams to support sales and onboarding


• Prepare and present information verbally and in written format (calls, emails, presentations).


• Assist in organizing investor webinars, meetings, and educational events related to AIFs.

Requirements:


• Minimum 2 years of experience in client communication, preferably in financial services, AIF, PMS, or wealth management.


• Strong command over spoken and written English and Hindi.


• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.


• Basic understanding of investment products (especially AIFs) is an advantage.


• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email drafting.


• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Communication, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
