Role Overview

We are looking for a sales professional who can build strong relationships with architects and interior designers, manage showroom walk-ins, and convert high-value enquiries into closures. This role requires a deep understanding of concept-led selling, design thinking, and premium customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and engage with architects, interior designers, and consultants to educate them about Evolve Artisanal's products, applications, and design philosophy
  • Handle showroom walk-ins and provide a consultative, experience-driven product walkthrough
  • Generate large-ticket enquiries through relationship building, referrals, and regular market outreach
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products based on concept, aesthetics, and functionality
  • Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, negotiate commercials, and close sales
  • Maintain long-term relationships with key specifiers and repeat clients
  • Track enquiries, conversions, and follow-ups systematically and report sales progress
  • Stay updated with design trends, materials, and competitor offerings in the premium building materials space

Candidate Profile

  • Prior experience in selling premium design-led products such as surfaces, wall panels, flooring, décor, lighting, furniture, or similar categories
  • Strong understanding of concept / value-based selling rather than price-led selling
  • Comfortable dealing with architects, interior designers, and high-net-worth clients
  • Well-spoken with excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to handle large-ticket sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
  • Presentable, confident, and aligned with a premium brand environment
  • Self-driven, relationship-oriented, and closure-focused

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years of relevant sales experience in the luxury building materials or design ecosystem
  • Background or exposure to architecture, interior design, or design-centric brands is a strong plus
