Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Science Teacher to teach students in secondary classes (Grades 6–10). The ideal candidate will inspire curiosity, promote scientific thinking, and help students develop a solid understanding of key concepts in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. The teacher should be able to create engaging lessons that connect scientific theory to real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver science lessons according to the school curriculum and educational standards.
  • Teach core science subjects — Physics, Chemistry, and Biology — to secondary-level students.
  • Design and conduct laboratory experiments, demonstrations, and hands-on learning activities.
  • Encourage analytical thinking, problem-solving, and scientific inquiry among students.
  • Assess and evaluate students' academic performance through tests, assignments, and projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of students' progress and prepare report cards.
  • Integrate technology and multimedia resources to enhance classroom teaching.
  • Ensure safety standards are followed during lab sessions and experiments.
  • Support students in science fairs, competitions, and extracurricular science-related activities.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and school administration about student performance and classroom activities.
  • Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events.
