About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Python Developer with expertise in Artificial Intelligence

(AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will

have strong programming skills in Python, hands-on experience with ML algorithms, and a

passion for solving complex business problems using data-driven approaches.

Roles & Responsibilities


• Develop, implement, and optimize ML models, algorithms, and pipelines.


• Work with large datasets to perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model

training.


• Build scalable and production-ready ML solutions using Python frameworks.


• Collaborate with data scientists, product teams, and business stakeholders to translate

requirements into technical solutions.


• Deploy ML models to production environments and monitor their performance.


• Optimize existing code, improve model accuracy, and reduce computation costs.


• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and recommend best practices.

What we are looking for


• 2.5–3.5 years of hands-on experience in Python development.


• Strong understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, Deep Learning, and Data

Science fundamentals.


• Experience with ML/AI libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikitlearn, Keras, Pandas, NumPy.


• Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model

evaluation techniques.


• Experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases and data pipelines.


• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure) for ML deployment.


• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills


• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision.


• Exposure to MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes, Airflow).


• Familiarity with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop).


• Prior experience in productionizing AI/ML models.
