Role & responsibilities

Follow quotation process flow from initial receipt of quotation until quote is submitted to the customer

Preferred candidate profile

Follow quotation process flow from initial receipt of quotation until quote is submitted to the customer

  • Quotation Preparation for Molds and Plastic parts.
  • ECN cost preparation and implementation in tools.
  • RFQ floating to Suppliers for Outsource works, checking fixture, Etching etc.
  • Zero Based costing.
  • Coordination with Internal Engineering, Quality, Toolroom and finance Team as well as Suppliers.
  • Lead generation with customers for new projects & and RFQ.
  • Assists customers with pricing, product availability, order status and order tracking.
  • Initiate actions for proper order execution after receipt of customer's purchase order in turn, creating an internal sales order.
  • Act in accordance to company's policies & procedures to process incoming customer purchase orders.
  • Will be responsible for additional tasks as assigned by reporting manager.

Note - Preferred applicants from the plastic Moulding industries or tooling industries with good costing knowledge / Quotation making.
