Job Description: Tally Faculty

Position: Tally Faculty

Location: Ranchi

Job Type: Part-time

Experience: 1–3 years (Teaching or Industry Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach Tally Prime modules to students, including
  • Company creation & management
  • Accounting masters & vouchers
  • Inventory management
  • GST, TDS, and Payroll
  • MIS reports, banking features, and data security
  • Prepare lesson plans, presentations, and practical assignments.
  • Ensure all classes are conducted on time with proper syllabus coverage.
  • Monitor student performance and provide individual guidance.
  • Maintain discipline and ensure a professional learning environment in the computer lab.
  • Assist in conducting assessments, practical exams, and certification tests.
  • Keep updated with new features of Tally Prime and integrate them into training.
  • Coordinate with the center head/counselor regarding student progress and batch planning.
  • Provide support during seminars, workshops, and academic events.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Tally Prime, accounting fundamentals, and GST concepts.
  • Graduate in Commerce/Accounting or equivalent (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to simplify technical concepts for students.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.

Additional Requirements:

  • Commitment to maintaining class discipline and academic quality.
  • Should not use mobile phones or headphones during class hours (unless required for an online session).
  • Must stay in the lab during sessions and avoid unnecessary front-office presence.

Salary: As per industry standards / Negotiable
