Looking for an experienced and innovative Design and Development Head to lead the design and development efforts for windows, doors, and facades. The Design and Development Head will be responsible for leading a team of designers and engineers to develop high-quality and innovative products that meet the needs of our clients and the market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design and engineering, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development team to create innovative and high-quality products for windows, doors, and facades.
  • Actively contribute to Design and Development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and manufacturing, to ensure that products meet the needs of our clients and the market.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify new product trends and opportunities.
  • Manage multiple design and development projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure that products can be manufactured and delivered efficiently.
  • Stay current with industry standards and regulations related to the window, door, and facade design and development.
  • Provide technical support to the sales and marketing team to assist with project finalization.
  • Collaborate with project leaders and stakeholders to define requirements and generate & maintain design development and Project Tender documents.
  •  structural design, material, and cost calculations on aluminum and uPVC doors/windows.
  • Develop concept layouts and designs of fenestration products using 3D CAD software.
  • Continuously improve design and development processes and tools to increase efficiency and quality.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in window, door, and facade design and development, with a proven track record of creating innovative and high-quality products.

Strong leadership skills and experience managing a design and development team.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in design and development software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Familiarity with manufacturing processes and materials related to window, door, and facade design and development.

Willingness to travel as needed.
