How You Will Make an Impact

  • Source and clean data from major social platforms, news outlets, and niche online communities.
  • Design tagging pipelines that map unstructured conversations to tickers, companies, and events.
  • Develop sentiment and virality models that detect actionable market signals.
  • Ensure data freshness, precision, and consistency across feeds.
  • Partner with traders and quants to turn experimental insights into production-ready tools.

Are You an Experienced Data Engineer Ready to Make an Impact?

  • 3–6+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or alternative data.
  • Proficient in Python and SQL, with experience handling unstructured text data.
  • Solid understanding of NLP workflows, from regex-based tagging to embeddings and classifiers.
  • Experience with API integrations, data quality monitoring, and validation techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills for collaborating with global trading teams.
  • Familiarity with financial data, graph analytics, or real-time data systems is a plus.
