Scope of Work for Architect Position:

  • Job Title: Architect / Draftsman with a Focus on Interior Design
  • Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in architectural roles.
  • Proficiency in autocadd / sketchup escape software is a prerequisite.
  • Strong design skills, particularly in the realm of interior design.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Utilize cadd software for creating and managing architectural designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and goals.
  • Translate conceptual ideas into detailed design plans, with a specific emphasis on interior spaces.
  • Ensure designs adhere to industry standards, building codes, and regulations.
  • Participate in project meetings, providing insights and expertise in architectural design.
  • Skills:
  • Proficient in 3D modelling and drafting.
  • Strong understanding of interior design principles.
  • Ability to create visually appealing and functional interior spaces.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years in architectural roles, demonstrating a track record of successful project contributions.
  • Portfolio showcasing projects with a focus on interior design.
  • Software Proficiency:
  • Expertise in 2D,3D creating and managing architectural designs.
  • Familiarity with other relevant design and drafting tools is a plus.
  • Communication:
  • Effectively communicate design concepts and ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other team members to achieve project objectives.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Conduct thorough reviews of design plans to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
  • Implement best practices for quality assurance in architectural design.
  • Continuous Learning:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and design methodologies.
