Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Attendant at Glow Glossary, located in Haroa. The Sales Attendant will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, providing excellent customer service, managing product displays, and maintaining inventory. Additional responsibilities include handling transactions, answering customer queries, and ensuring a clean and inviting store environment.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Sales and Point-of-Sale System experience
  • Organizational and Time Management skills
  • Ability to work in a team and individually
  • Basic knowledge of matcha and wellness products is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
