Field Collection Executive

The Field Collection Executive will be responsible for visiting customers to collect overdue payments, verify KYC and loan-related documents, and ensure timely follow-ups for smooth recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customers at their residence or business premises for payment collection
• Follow up with borrowers for EMI dues, bounced payments, or settlements
• Conduct physical verification of documents (KYC, loan agreements, ID/address proof)
• Ensure authenticity and completeness of all submitted documents
• Obtain customer signatures and submit collected documents to the back-office team
• Maintain daily visit logs and collection reports
• Build rapport with customers and handle objections or concerns professionally
• Escalate complex or non-cooperative cases to the Collection Manager
• Adhere to RBI and internal guidelines for ethical recovery practices
• Responsible for visiting customers within a 50 km radius of their base location

• Preference for candidates with prior experience in product-based companies
