- Analytical approachYears of Experience3 to 5 Years experienceMajor ResponsibilitiesResearch and Development:-Design and conduct clinical trials to evaluate the pharmacokinetics (absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion) and pharmacodynamics (effects of the drug on the body) of new and existing drugs.Analyze data from clinical studies to assess drug efficacy, safety, and therapeutic value.Collaborate with research teams to develop protocols for clinical trials.Clinical Practice:-Provide expert advice on the selection, dosage, interactions, and side effects of medications for individual patients or specific patient populations.Monitor patients' responses to medications and adjust therapy as needed to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.Work with healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans that include pharmacological interventions.Regulatory Compliance:-Ensure that clinical trials and other research activities comply with regulatory standards, including those set by the FDA, EMA, or other relevant bodies.Prepare and submit regulatory documents, including Investigational New Drug (IND) applications and New Drug Applications (NDAs).Education and Training:-Provide training and support to healthcare professionals on the proper use of medications, including new therapies. Educate patients about their medications, including how to take them correctly, potential side effects, and interactions with other drugs.Consultation and Collaboration:-Serve as a consultant to physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers on complex cases involving drug therapy. Collaborate with pharmaceutical companies on the development and marketing of new drugs.Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment guidelines and protocols. Stakeholder
