As part of our expansion, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fundraising Manager to strengthen our financial resources through innovative fundraising strategies and investor relations.


Role Overview:
The Fundraising Manager will be responsible for developing strategies, identifying funding opportunities, and building strong relationships with investors, donors, and partners. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and business development skills.


Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective fundraising strategies to meet organizational objectives.

Identify, research, and connect with potential donors, investors, and funding agencies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and partners.

Draft compelling proposals, grant applications, and investment pitches.

Organize fundraising campaigns, investor meetings, and events.

Track contributions, maintain donor databases, and prepare periodic reports.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align fundraising efforts with business needs.

Monitor fundraising trends, competitor activities, and new funding opportunities.


Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field (master's preferred).

Proven experience (3–7 years) in fundraising, investor relations, or business development.

Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure.

Knowledge of fundraising tools, CRM systems, and digital fundraising platforms is a plus.
