Position Summary

The Field Executive is responsible for executing smooth day-to-day field operations, including shipment pickups, deliveries, cargo recovery, and adherence to temperature-controlled logistics standards. The role ensures timely, accurate, and compliant handling of shipments while maintaining close coordination with internal teams, subcontractors, and customers. This position also ensures warehouse support activities, documentation readiness, safety compliance, and maintenance of operational supplies.

Key Responsibilities (In-Short)

  • Manage daily shipment pickups, deliveries, import/export recoveries, and transportation activities for domestic and international movements.
  • Ensure timely processing, handling, and dispatch of all shipments as per customer schedules.
  • Maintain coordination with subcontractors and internal departments for smooth operational workflow.
  • Follow SOPs of Credo and other validated packaging systems.
  • Track and maintain inventory of packaging materials, loggers, labels, and ancillary supplies.
  • Load and unload packages and verify correctness, labelling, packing quality, and documentation.
  • Plan efficient routes using maps and driving directions for on-time delivery.
  • Report delivery progress, issues, and customer feedback immediately to the reporting manager.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and upkeep of the assigned vehicle.
  • Follow customer interaction etiquette, documentation guidelines, dress code, and safety rules.
  • Ensure all supplies (packaging, dry ice, documents, etc.) and vehicle readiness before pickup/delivery.
  • Recover cargo from airlines on priority and complete client deliveries within the committed timeline.
  • Maintain temperature logs of refrigerators/freezers/cold rooms twice a day.
  • Maintain sanitation and office cleaning logs as instructed.
  • Ensure strict compliance with SOPs, policies, confidentiality guidelines, and operational instructions.
  • Assist in warehouse/office tasks, client visits, document delivery, cleanliness monitoring, and storage arrangement when assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
