Key job responsibilities:

• Review print and electronic copy (including web content) for language, punctuation, readability, style, content flow, graphics, etc.

• Perform quality assurance check for different types of deliverables in line with the project scope

• Demonstrate an eye for detail (language, graphics, content flow)

• Use tools and templates while performing quality assurance checks

• Adhere to the project timelines

• Escalate quality risk to the project manager

• Adhere to the quality assurance processes set by LDCoE

• Escalate issues affecting timelines or the scope of the design/development project

• Deliver within demanding timleines

Add: accessibility testing + tools like JAWS and acc readers

Liason with design team to ensure timely deliveries

Key skills:

• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

• Exhaustive/thorough language awareness

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Strong listening and analytical skills

• Ability to work independently and as a team member

• Ability to direct questions appropriately

• Comfort with monotony

• Ability to have challenging conversations

• Knowledge of courseware development tools such as Articulate Suite, Adobe Captivate, , , Articulate Presenter, and would be an advantage.. tools: good skills to have, not mandatory
