The Role: Scrum Product OwnerThe Scrum Product Owner is responsible for managing the product backlog, ensuring the development team works on the highest-value features that align with the company's product strategy and customer needs.

This role involves translating the product vision into specific, actionable user stories, prioritizing them based on business impact, and working closely with the development team throughout the sprint cycle to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery. The Product Owner serves as a bridge between the Product Director, Chief Product Officer (CPO), development teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication. Act as Agile coach for development team, Product Owners, and stakeholders

Preferred: CSM, CSP, or similar Agile certification
