What You'll Do
You will be a crucial contributor to the Tech Compliance and Risk Enablement (TCRE) Product Group within our Tech Ecosystem and will be responsible for the delivery of capabilities required by the group's stakeholders. This includes technical architecture, design, development and maintenance of the group's solution portfolio (custom, COTS and SaaS) in adherence with industry best practices.

You will actively collaborate with team members, product teams in different portfolios and stakeholders alike.

You will be an active learner: tinkering with new products and services, using unfamiliar technologies, and encouraging continuous research inside and outside the current focus fields. You will provide leadership in the development and strategic direction of new products, processes, technologies.

You will use your passion and knowledge about secure coding practices, code quality, and sound engineering practices such as Test-Driven Development, simple code/configuration, automated testing and deployments, continuous integration, and continuous deployment. You will collaborate with other engineers and technical leads to improve our organizational capability.

Responsibilities
Hands-on experience on Java and React

Proficient in Java language and working knowledge of React

Implement and configure SaaS and custom scripts to meet the needs of the organization

Develop and maintain technical documentation

Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technology solutions

Develop and maintain the technical architecture on cloud technologies

Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure successful integration with other systems

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

Keep up to date with the latest CI/CD best practices

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

At least 8-10 years of experience as a full stack developer building applications using Java and React

Cloud technologies specifically AWS

Database management (Snowflake, MongoDB)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technology solutions

Experience working in teams across time zones

Should have good grip on non-functional areas like performance, scalability studies, human interaction, software ergonomics

Knowledge of design driven development, continuous integration, building highly scalable applications, application security

Should possess sound knowledge of IT Application architecture, Design methodologies across multiple platforms

Knowledge of agile software development process

Passionate about technology and excited about the emerging/disruptive technologies
