Instrumentation Maintenance  Responsible for planning and budgeting for Instrumentation maintenance, Calibration, CCTV systems, PA systems and telephone network, Air conditioning, RTU systems, PLC & SCADA systems, weighing systems, ground water telemetry system, water flow meters, CAAQMS, CEMS, internal project / modification and related activities of NBH plant based on the overall production plan of the unit.  Monitor the timely maintenance of all machinery, equipment, telemetry, telephone, PA systems & utilities to ensure reliability and availability of the same for timely production ensuring safe and sustainable practices.  Ensure execution of various preventive/predictive maintenance practices as per plan and ensure effective equipment utilisation. Also ensure timely availability of spares at the optimum cost including supply chain management of spares.  Monitor implementation of improved maintenance practices and also ensure timely replacement/ modifications/ upgradations in plant & machinery.  Monitor calibration of various equipment & instruments as per plan.  Lead various cost savings initiatives in the areas of variable cost of maintenance, spares, process and specific cost savings projects including automation.  Plan and ensure availability of various maintenance parameters such as MTBF, MTTR etc. as per requirements for the plant and initiate improvement practices to enhance effectiveness.  Monitor various data set of maintenance including software updates & system back-up
