Qualifications :

Responsibilities :

  • Will take the responsibility of a class teacher of Class -3 (Academic Session
  • May be given responsibility of taking classes in higher sections (Academic Session
  • Develop a careful and creative program suitable for children.
  • Use a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, media etc.) to teach and encourage children.
  • Observe each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem.
  • Guide children to develop their artistic and practical capabilities through a carefully constructed curriculum (identify shapes, numbers or colors, do crafts etc.).
  • Track children's progress.
  • Communicate with parents regularly to understand the children's background and psyche.
