Job Description:

To design aluminum windows and doors systems within functional, aesthetically pleasing, and structurally that meet client requirements, comply with industry standards, and align with architectural and construction specifications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design & Development

 Design aluminum window and door systems like sliding, casement, slide & folding, lift & slide, curtain walls etc., based on architectural drawings and client specifications.  Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings using CAD software like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, etc.,

 Ensure designs meet structural integrity, water and air tightness, thermal insulation, and acoustic performance standards.

Technical Detailing & Project Coordination:

 Prepare the production files and installation drawings such as cutting lists, assembly drawings, glass lists and BOMs (Bills of Materials).

 To specify appropriate aluminum profiles, hardware, gaskets, glass, and accessories.  Coordinate with suppliers for material selection and specification compliance.  Work closely with architects, consultants, and project managers to understand project scope and design intent.

 Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure designs are practical and buildable.

 Attend site meetings and provide technical support during installation, if required. Software, Tools, Standards & Compliance:

 Use industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, LogiKal, Orgadata, Eva or similar window/door design tools.

 Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design tools and evolving industry technologies.  Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and relevant international standards (e.g., ASTM, EN, ISO).

 Maintain documentation and revision history of all design changes.  Value-engineer solutions to reduce material costs and installation time without compromising quality.

 Conduct design reviews and incorporate feedback to improve functionality and durability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700, ₹900,000.00 per year
