Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads for the sales team.
  • Maintain a database of customer details, feedback, and call records.
  • Follow communication scripts and company guidelines.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or offers.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for campaign follow-ups.
  • Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of customer information.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to handle rejections and maintain performance.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, data entry).
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and local language preferred.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
  • Experience: 1- 2 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
  • Experience in retail, jewellery, banking, or service industry preferred.
