About the Artist:
We are seeking a female Artist Manager to work with a renowned devotional singer who performs across India and abroad at spiritual and celebratory events such as Satsangs, Baby Showers, and Musical Pheras. The artist is supported by a dedicated team of musicians and sound engineers, and performs at both private and large-scale spiritual gatherings.
Role Overview:
As the Artist Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that all performances and travel arrangements run smoothly. You will be responsible for coordinating with clients, booking team, managing the on-ground team during events, and being the key point of contact for the artist before, during, and after every show.
This role involves extensive travel with the artist and her team across India and occasionally overseas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accompany the artist and team to all events (India & abroad).
- Manage the team of musicians and sound engineers during performances.
- Coordinate with clients regarding travel, hospitality, event logistics, and payments after event confirmation.
- Coordinate with the booking teams regarding events.
- Attend daily internal team meetings and calls.
- Work closely with the artist and ensure all event details are executed as planned.
- Handle last-minute changes or requirements professionally.
- Maintain schedules, itineraries, and post-event reports.
- Represent the artist in a polished, respectful, and professional manner at all times.
Requirements:
- Female candidate based in Delhi (NCR).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Professional appearance and confident demeanour.
- Willingness to travel frequently (domestic & international).
- Ability to multitask and manage on-ground operations effectively.
- Prior experience in event management, artist management, or hospitality coordination is preferred.
- Good command of English and Hindi.
