• Project Tracking: Monitor agroforestry, solar, dairy, and sustainability projects, ensuring execution discipline.
• Leadership: Inspire through discipline, vision, and accountability.

• Education: Background in Psychology / HR / Labor Law.
• Core Traits: Highly disciplined, people-centric, inspirational, passionate about challenges.
• Plus Points: Connection to nature & sustainability; knowledge of Assamese (optional).
