We're looking for a Junior Shopify Expert who thrives at the intersection of creativity, performance, and platform knowledge.

You'll be at the heart of everything we do, working directly with our clients to understand their goals, uncover conversion barriers, and craft high-impact website strategies that turn visitors into buyers. You'll work closely with the founder, developers, designers, and clients, owning communication, supporting audits and implementations, and aligning on project goals. If you enjoy collaborating with fast-growing D2C brands, have hands-on Shopify experience, and think like a problem-solver who's obsessed with improving user experience and performance, you'll thrive in this role.

ResponsibilitiesAnalyze client businesses, websites, and user journeys to uncover bottlenecks and opportunities. Develop strategic roadmaps that align with the brands goals. Manage timelines and projects by working with internal teams.

Lead creative direction on website experiences, brand storytelling, and messaging frameworks. Conduct CRO focused audits on brand's websites. Own client communication and present strategies, run check-in calls, gather feedback, and ensure alignment.

Constantly learn and expand your knowledge on new tools and platforms through our training Qualifications & Skills1 - 2 years experience with E-commerce/D2C brand strategy and brand building. 1 -2 years of experience working with Shopify (hands-on)Strong communication skills to negotiate and manage clients and projects. Solid understanding of Shopify and how to build effective strategies using the platform.
