Job Description:

As the Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making and advancing our organization's AI and analytical capabilities. You will lead a team of data scientists, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the development and implementation of AI and advanced analytics solutions. This position requires a
strong combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and business acumen

Responsibilities:

GenAI Development

• Design, implement, and optimize
  LLM-powered multi-agent workflows

(outline planners, content composers, QA agents, and copilots).
- Engineer and maintain
prompt pipelines

, fine-tuning strategies, and model evaluation rubrics.
- Build agent workflows/orchestration with tools like
LangGraph

,
LangChain, LlamaIndex, n8n, etc

.
- Implement
retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)

pipelines over structured/unstructured data (PDF, DOCX, PPT, web sources).

Software Engineering

• Develop and maintain scalable
  backend services

(Python/FastAPI or Node/NestJS).
- Collaborate with frontend teams ) to expose AI workflows via APIs.
- Ensure secure, efficient integration with
databases, vector stores, and storage systems

Data Analytics

• Design and run
  ETL pipelines

to ingest enterprise knowledge sources.
- Build analytics dashboards to track content quality, usage KPIs, and AI evaluation metrics.
- Apply
data science techniques

(clustering, embedding analysis, A/B tests, and reporting).

Infrastructure & Ops

• Manage model access and routing across providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, and local vLLM).
• Deploy workflows with observability, logging, and monitoring in mind.
• Implement guardrails for
  compliance, data privacy, and AI safety

Requirements

• Strong background in AI/ML engineering with experience in GenAI and LLMs.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, n8n, or similar orchestration frameworks.
• Solid knowledge of data analytics and visualization (SQL, Pandas, Power BI/Metabase/Looker).
• Proficiency in Python (preferred) or
• Experience with databases (Postgres, Mongo), vector DBs (PGVector, Weaviate, FAISS), and blob storage (S3/GCS).
• Understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, and agent design patterns.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerized deployment (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong software engineering practices: Git, CI/CD, testing, and code reviews.
• Excellent communication and ability to work cross-functionally with product and design teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Temporal/Prefect for workflow orchestration.
• Knowledge of data compliance frameworks (GDPR, SOC 2).
• Exposure to vector search optimization and embeddings evaluation.
• Background in edtech or enterprise training platforms.
• Experience with multi-agent architectures and agentic AI systems.
