Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role

• Formulate approaches to solve problems using AI and ML in the context of customer, engineering and basic needs and come with innovative solutions to address the customer challenges
• Dive into the data to find key insights that impact the business
• Design algorithms, train model and deploy to production
• Technically Lead other data scientist to work with engineers and product manager to deliver solution/product on time
• Coach, mentor, and develop staff, including overseeing new employee on-boarding and providing career development planning and opportunities
• Ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource to the organization's management team that provides leadership and direction.
• Establish scalable, efficient, automated process for large scale data analysis, and model deployment, validation and implementation
• Peer review and publish work under IEEE conferences

Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Bachelor's / Master Degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering
• 4+ year of professional experience in application of machine learning, deep learning, data science and large data analysis.
• 4+ years of experience in at least one of the DL frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow etc.
• 3+ year of experience in RNN, LSTM, GRU Networks
• 3+ year of experience in at least one of the programming languages like Python/R
• Experience in CNN (Convolutional Neural Network), GAN (Generative Adversarial Network), DCGAN etc.
• Hands-on experience using OpenCV
• Good understanding of modern clouds, server architectures and their components (CPU, RAM, Storage etc.), integration with OS and cloud environment
• Working knowledge of Deep-learning models like BERT, LLM's, Multi-Modals etc.
• Experience in building RAG pipelines using AI Agents, Different LLM's etc.
• Experience with scientific and machine learning libraries e.g., SciPy, SciKit-learn, numPy.
• Experience building large scale data processing pipelines
• Ability to explain and present analyses and machine learning concepts to a broad technical audience
• 2+ years of experience in doing statistical analysis and designing ML models in one or more of the following: casual inference, A/B testing, statistical significance in complex scenarios, pattern discovery, Markov chains, process analytics, neural networks and deep learning techniques in technology applications.
• Working proficiency in SQL/No-SQL/ElasticSearch
• Expertise in machine learning supervised and unsupervised : Forecasting, Classification, Data/Text Mining, NLP, Decision Trees, Adaptive Decision Algorithms, Random Forest, Search Algorithms, Neural Networks, Deep Learning Algorithms and Reinforcement Learning
• Experience in statistical learning: Predictive & Prescriptive Analytics, Web Analytics, Parametric and Non-parametric models, Regression, Time Series, Dynamic / Causal Model, Statistical Learning, Guided Decisions, Topic Modelling
• Experience working with big data - identifying trends, patterns, and outliers in large volumes of data.
• Experience in leading Junior Data Scientists on approach and results.
• Ability to work with loosely defined objectives and turning these into concrete machine learning problems
• Experience training and deploying machine learning models at scale on distributed cloud environments Expertise in Reinforcement Learning and Deep RL
