About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Intern to join our Study Abroad team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and presentation skills, a passion for guiding students toward international education opportunities, and the ability to multitask efficiently between counselling and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist students with study abroad enquiries and provide initial counselling on country, course, and university options.
  • Support documentation, application processing, and coordination with students throughout the admission process.
  • Conduct RNR (Reach and Response) follow-ups and maintain updated student records and generate walkins.
  • Coordinate with the documentation team for processing student applications.
  • Coordinate with the digital marketing team for presenting videos.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in handling student data.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.
  • Basic understanding of international education systems (training will be provided).
  • Graduate / Final-year student (any discipline).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.

Experience:

0–6 months (Freshers are encouraged to apply)
