Job Summary:

We are urgently seeking a Floor Supervisor for our authorized Jeep Workshop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations on the workshop floor, supervising technicians, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining productivity and workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate workshop floor activities and daily operations.
  • Allocate jobs to technicians based on skill and workload.
  • Ensure timely completion of service and repair jobs.
  • Monitor job quality and ensure adherence to Jeep service standards.
  • Conduct final inspection of vehicles before delivery to customers.
  • Maintain daily job cards and service reports.
  • Communicate effectively with the service advisor, spare parts department, and customer care.
  • Ensure tools, equipment, and the workshop area are well maintained and safe.
  • Train and guide technicians to improve performance and skills.
  • Handle customer complaints related to technical issues if required.

Key Requirements:

  • ITI or Diploma in Automobile Engineering (mandatory).
  • Proven experience as a Floor Supervisor or Senior Technician in an automobile workshop.
  • Sound knowledge of automobile systems
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with service software and job card management.

Preferred Candidate:

  • Immediate joiners preferred.
