Role Description

Role: Full Stack Developer (Web + Product)

Experience: 2–3 years

Location: Bangalore (Full-time, In-office)

Type: Full-Time Employee

Your Role

As our first dedicated full-stack developer, you will be responsible for building and scaling the core product from the ground up using our defined technology stack. You will:

  • Develop and maintain backend services using Python and Django, ensuring clean architecture, scalability, and security.
  • Design and optimize relational database schemas in PostgreSQL for high-performance querying and reliable data storage.
  • Deploy, manage, and monitor applications on AWS, leveraging services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda to ensure uptime and scalability.
  • Build user-facing features using Flutter or Angular, delivering responsive and intuitive interfaces.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines

Collaborate with the founding team to translate product ideas into functional features, iterate quickly based on feedback, and ensure seamless integration across the stack.

Required Tech Stack Experience

Candidates must have hands-on experience with the following:

  • Backend: Python, Django
  • Database: PostgreSQL
  • Cloud Infrastructure: AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda)
  • Frontend: Flutter (for mobile & web) or Angular
  • Experience using AI agents
  • Version Control & CI/CD: GitHub/GitLab, GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline

You're the Right Fit If You:

  • Have 2–3 years of hands-on experience building and shipping full-stack applications with the above stack
  • Are comfortable taking rough concepts and building live products with minimal supervision
  • Enjoy solving problems, writing clean code, and designing scalable solutions
  • Can work closely with non-technical founders and translate product vision into working software
  • Are comfortable with the speed, ambiguity, and resource constraints of a startup
  • Are Bangalore-based and ready to work full-time from our office
