About Us

RetainIQ is an AI Martech startup enabling Direct-To-Consumer (DTC) brands globally to connect with their customers worldwide. We are building an AI Copilot which enables their marketing teams to build marketing strategy, analyse data, write content and design marketing creatives. 

RetainIQ is founded with a vision to bring a paradigm shift in how businesses run their marketing teams. We intend to automate up to 80% of the manual work done by marketing teams and increase their productivity by 4X. 

RetainIQ is backed by Accel, one of the best VCs globally, and is co-founded by ex-entrepreneurs and product leaders who have built leading products in the e-commerce domain.

Role and Responsibilities

  • We're looking for Associate Product Managers to join our Product Management and Growth teams.
  • You will be working very closely with the founders.
  • You will be working on building Custom GPTs, writing and improving prompts.
  • You will be working on understanding how DTC marketing teams works and how we can leverage AI to automate parts of their work.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in product management or startups.
  • If you are not a fresher, work experience is a must.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering from a tier-1 institute (IITs / BITS Pilani etc.)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Familiarity with analytical tools for understanding marketing funnels
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, CSMs, designers, and other business stakeholders
  • Demonstrate owner mentality

  • Sync-up with founders:

If you clear the first round of interviews, you will sync up with the founders. This will be an opportunity for you to understand the high-level perspective of our company and for us to understand if you're a cultural fit for the company.
