Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Manager, located in Gurugram. The Construction Manager will oversee and lead all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include supervising construction sites, managing project controls, ensuring construction safety, and effective budget planning and management. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality construction projects.

  • Supervisory Skills and effective management of construction teams
  • Budgeting skills and financial management of construction projects
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Construction Safety regulations and practices
  • Experience in Construction and Project Control
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Relevant education in Construction Management or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in construction project management software is a plus
