Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

Understand manpower requirements from different departments and create effective job descriptions.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.

Handle employee onboarding formalities and documentation.

Support HR team in employer branding and campus recruitment drives.

Ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and sourcing techniques.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple requirements and deadlines.

Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.

Basic knowledge of HR operations will be an added advantage.
