						Experience: 2+ Years
Location: Whitefield, Bangalore, India
Languages: French (mandatory), English (fluent).
Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering or related field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure integration of RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Safety) requirements into design, development, and qualification processes.
- Perform and update Preliminary Risk Analyses and consolidate Failure Analyses.
- Carry out reliability, availability, maintainability, and safety studies, providing validation and justification reports.
- Develop and implement RAMS quantification tools and predictive reliability models.
- Conduct dysfunctional analyses such as FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and FTA (Fault Tree Analysis).
- Prepare detailed reliability and safety reports, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Recommend corrective and preventive actions to enhance product reliability and performance.
- Participate actively in design reviews and the Operational Safety process.
- Support the definition of maintenance plans (corrective/preventive) based on reliability data and FMEA results.
- Apply V-Model principles in design and development activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and safety teams to optimize system performance and safety.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of RAMS methodologies and tools (FMEA, FTA, Risk Analysis).
- Hands-on experience in predictive reliability and safety assessment.
- Knowledge of V-Model system engineering principles.
- Proficiency in RAMS quantification tools and data analysis.
- Excellent command of English and French (French is mandatory).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
