Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Designer located in Delhi, India. The Lead Designer will be responsible for overseeing the design process and leading a team to develop innovative and effective design strategies. Day-to-day tasks include conceptualizing and executing creative design solutions, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements. The role also involves working on product development, production design, and ensuring high-quality deliverables for all creative outputs.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in visual design principles, creative conceptualization, and innovative design execution
  • Skills in design tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other industry-standard platforms HDR
  • Strong understanding of branding, typography, colour theory, and layout best practices
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate design ideas
  • Prior experience in product development and production design in paper products or similar industries is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a portfolio showcasing creative work and design expertise
