About the Role:

ACTOWIZ SOLUTIONS is hiring an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 6 months to 2 years of experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual ready to grow with a fast-paced team.

Key Responsibilities:


• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business needs.


• Prepare BRD (Business Requirement Documents) and FRD (Functional Requirement Documents) clearly defining the scope and functionality.


• Convert business requirements into user stories and functional specifications.


• Coordinate with development and QA teams to ensure alignment with business

goals.


• Support the testing team by validating test cases and reviewing outcomes.


• Conduct root cause analysis and suggest process improvements.


• Act as a liaison between clients, developers, and internal teams.

Required Skills:


• 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst.


• Proficiency in preparing BRD, FRD, user stories, process flow diagrams, and wireframes.


• Good knowledge of business analysis techniques and tools.


• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.


• Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.


• Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.


• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., ECBA, CCBA) is an added advantage.


• Exposure to client-facing roles is a plus.
