Job Summary

Role Overview:

The Power BI Analyst will design, develop, and optimize
business dashboards and visual analytics
using
Microsoft Fabric
as the primary platform. The role demands strong expertise in
data modeling, DAX, and Power Query
, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Experience with Databricks is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain
    Power BI dashboards
    integrated with
    Microsoft Fabric
    (Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Dataflows Gen2).
  • Develop efficient
    data models, DAX measures, and transformations
    aligned with business KPIs.
  • Ensure
    data accuracy, governance, and row-level security (RLS)
    across reports.
  • Collaborate with
    data engineers and business teams
    for scalable, performance-tuned solutions.
  • Manage
    workspace deployment pipelines
    and
    Fabric data refresh automation
    .
  • Support
    AI-driven analytics and Copilot integrations
    in Power BI.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 3–7 years
    of Power BI development experience with strong
    Fabric proficiency (mandatory)
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling
    .
  • Familiarity with
    Databricks
    ,
    Azure Synapse
    , or
    Data Lake
    is an advantage.
  • Strong visualization sense and ability to create
    executive-ready dashboards
    .

Preferred Certifications:

  • Microsoft Certified:
    Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300)
  • Microsoft Certified:
    Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate
