Role:
We are hiring Travel Consultants (Fresher 3 years) who are enthusiastic, customer-focused, and passionate about travel. The role involves sales of holiday packages, itinerary planning, and handling client queries with a positive approach.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with clients and understand travel requirements.
- Create and sell customized domestic & international tour packages.
- Provide information on destinations, travel options, accommodation, and transport.
- Handle queries, resolve concerns, and ensure excellent customer experience.
- Maintain client relationships for repeat and referral business.
- Stay updated with travel offers and industry trends.
