• Enabling all schaeffler Hosur employees to act as self responsible MOVE leader to identify the waste and defect in the process.
• Eliminate or Reduce, waste & Defect by using MOVE tools and methods to satisfy internal and external customer.
• Ensuring Implementation and Sustainability of all MOVE improvements through MOVE Review process

More than 3 years experience in Lean manufacturing and manufacturing areas.

Bachelor of mechanical engineering / MBA Operations

15. Lean for Nonproduction areas etc,. Expertise in LEAN / SPS review methodology
