Job Description:

• Processing claims, handling incoming and outgoing calls, and taking appropriate actions as per process guidelines.
• Adhering to professional standards, established procedures, and policies.
• Maintaining customer satisfaction ratings through timely actions and adherence to quality standards.
• Using company policies to determine immediate resolutions or escalate issues to managerial input.
• Updating customer records by inputting data into the company platform.
• Resolving customer issues through review, investigation, and appropriate actions.
