We are seeking a performance-focused Email Marketing Specialist with 2–4 years of experience in eCommerce and marketing automation platforms (especially Klaviyo). The role involves developing and executing personalized, automated email campaigns that drive revenue, engagement, and customer retention across multiple international markets.

Responsibilities
Email Campaign Management

• Plan, create, and deploy email marketing campaigns (promotional, lifecycle, transactional) tailored for eCommerce audiences.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to build high-converting email templates that align with brand guidelines.

Marketing Automation

• Set up and manage automation flows including welcome series, abandoned cart, win-back, upsell/cross-sell using Klaviyo (preferred), Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Clever Tap.
• Implement behavioral and event-triggered campaigns to improve customer lifecycle performance.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track campaign performance metrics: open rate, CTR, CVR, revenue, unsubscribe rate, etc.
• Regularly analyze data using Klaviyo analytics and GA4 to improve targeting and campaign structure.

A/B Testing & Optimization

• Run A/B tests on subject lines, send times, email content, CTAs, and layout to maximize performance.
• Continuously iterate on campaigns based on insights and test outcomes.

Segmentation & Personalization

• Leverage customer data to create dynamic audience segments and personalized content based on user behavior, demographics, and purchase history.

List Management & Growth

• Maintain healthy email lists by implementing list hygiene practices and ethical acquisition strategies.
• Monitor bounce, complaint, and unsubscribe rates for deliverability improvements.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in email marketing within an eCommerce/D2C environment.
• Proficiency in Klaviyo (strongly preferred), and working knowledge of Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Clever Tap.
• Experience with marketing automation, customer segmentation, and lifecycle flows.
• Strong analytical mindset with familiarity in GA4, UTM tracking, and campaign reporting.
• Excellent communication, copywriting, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Preferred Skills (Good To Have)

• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for editing email templates.
• Experience with SMS or WhatsApp marketing platforms.
• Exposure to UK/EU eCommerce markets is a plus.
