Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, , React, ).
  • Front-End Development: Build responsive, high-performance, and user-friendly interfaces using and Redux.
  • Back-End Development: Develop and maintain robust server-side logic and RESTful APIs using and
  • Database Management: Design and implement scalable and efficient databases using MongoDB, ensuring data consistency and reliability.
  • Integration & Deployment: Integrate third-party services, databases, and APIs. Oversee the deployment of applications to cloud environments (AWS, Heroku, etc.).
  • Code Quality & Best Practices: Write clean, modular, and maintainable code. Follow best practices in terms of development, testing, and documentation.
  • Version Control: Work with Git for version control and manage pull requests, code reviews, and merges within a collaborative team environment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality applications on time.
  • Troubleshooting & Debugging: Identify and resolve application bugs and performance issues, ensuring seamless user experiences.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the MERN stack ecosystem to bring new ideas and approaches to the team.

Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience with MERN stack development.
  • Proficiency in MERN Technologies:
  • MongoDB: Experience with NoSQL database design and management.
  • Strong understanding of back-end framework and API development.
  • Expertise in building interactive and responsive UIs.

  • API Development: Proficient in developing RESTful APIs and integrating with external services.
  • Version Control: Proficiency in Git and experience with collaborative workflows (e.g., GitHub, GitLab).
  • Problem Solving: Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills to resolve issues in the application.
  • Unit Testing & TDD: Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Chai for unit and integration tests.
  • Cloud Deployment: Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Heroku, or Azure for deploying applications.
  • Good Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Desired Skills:

  • TypeScript: Familiarity with TypeScript for developing strong-typed applications.
  • GraphQL: Experience with GraphQL and integrating it with React applications.
  • State Management: Experience with Redux or other state management libraries.
  • CI/CD: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or CircleCI.
