Customers use our platform to book services such as beauty treatments, haircuts, massage therapy, cleaning, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, painting etc., all delivered in the comfort of their home and at a time of their choice. To fulfill this promise, we work closely with our hand-picked service partners, enabling them with technology, training, products, tools, financing, insurance, and brand, helping them succeed and deliver on this promise.

Urban Company started out as UrbanClap in Nov 2014, when its founders, Abhiraj, Raghav and Varun realized that the home services industry was predominantly unorganized, fragmented and offline. Customers found it difficult to avail quality services in a convenient manner, and service professionals were struggling to make ends meet, having to rely upon several middlemen, contractors, and local aggregators. The founders felt that the industry was ripe for disruption, and launched Urban Company, with three key principles in mind:

Revamp is a sub-brand of Urban Company (often abbreviated "UC"), launched in 2025, aimed specifically at quick, design-led home-improvement makeovers of walls and small spaces. We specialize in space makeover including categories like wall panels, decorative lighting, and woodwork.

About the Role

We're looking for a
Creative Producer
who can lead end-to-end content production from idea to execution and bring the soul of
Revamp
to life through compelling storytelling.

You'll collaborate closely with our Marketing team to plan, and produce content that showcases our spaces, craftsmanship, and design philosophy.

If you thrive in fast-paced environments, have a strong organisation and project management skills, and love transforming ideas into visually stunning stories — we'd love to meet you.

Robust content production skills with 4+ years of experience of managing shoots end-to-end (ideation to execution) required, preferably in a reputed agency; prior work in home decor space is a bonus

Responsibilities include

• Lead on-ground shoots
  — from planning and scripting to scheduling, coordination, and execution with quality and speed
• Oversee
  entire production workflows
  , managing logistics, locations, crew, and talent to deliver high-quality content on time
• Direct and supervise post-production
  , ensuring seamless storytelling through tight edits, music, color grading, and motion graphics
• Own the content calendar
  — conceptualize, script, and produce 8–10 short-form videos per week in line with campaign briefs and platform trends
• Stay trend-savvy:
  continuously pitch, test, and execute fresh creative ideas aligned with emerging formats and viral moments
• Collaborate
  with editors, designers, and marketing teams to ensure every piece of content aligns with brand tone and aesthetic
• Manage
  budgets, vendors, and timelines
  with a detail-oriented and solution-first approach
• Create
  storyboards and shot plans
  that translate creative ideas into executable visual narratives
• Direct
  talent and DOPs
  on set to ensure every frame captures the right emotion, angle, and intent
• Maintain a
  central content library and production tracker
  — ensuring consistency, copyright compliance, and documentation across projects
• Be hands-on — ready to jump into scripting, shooting, or reviewing edits when needed
• Strong connections with local vendors to ensure timely arrangement of equipment at most optimal costs
