
Content Marketing Manager

We are looking for a strategic Content Marketing Manager to lead our content initiatives and strengthen MYNDs position as a thought leader in the industry. This role requires a creative storyteller with a data-driven mindset who can develop compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience and drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive content strategies aligned with business objectives, buyer personas, and customer journey stages, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints
- Case Study Development: Partner with customer success and sales teams to identify success stories, conduct client/ stakeholder interviews, and produce compelling case studies that demonstrate product value and ROI
- Website Content Management: Oversee all website content including landing pages, blog posts, and resource centers, ensuring SEO optimization, regular updates, and alignment with conversion goals
- Public Relations Management: Develop and maintain relationships with industry media, coordinate press releases, manage media inquiries, and secure speaking opportunities for company executives
- Media Strategy & Outreach: Plan and execute media campaigns, including bylined articles, podcast appearances, and industry publication features to enhance brand visibility
- Content Production & Quality: Manage content calendar, oversee content creation across various formats (whitepapers, ebooks, infographics, videos), and ensure consistent quality and brand voice
- Performance Measurement: Track content performance metrics including engagement, lead generation, and attribution, using insights to optimize content strategy

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
- 5+ years of content marketing experience in B2B technology or software industry
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with portfolio of published work
- Experience with CMS platforms, SEO tools, and content analytics
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Experience with video production and multimedia content creation
- Background in PR or media relations
- Technical writing experience or technology industry background
- Familiarity with marketing automation and lead scoring
