Responsibilities

To ensure Preventive Maintenance of all Utilities like Chillers, Heat Pumps, Boilers, Cooling Towers, Air Compressors & Lifts is done as per schedule in SAP & maintain the record of same.

To ensure Validation of Compressed Air is performed as per schedule.

To ensure all the utility related breakdowns are attended promptly, minimizing the impact on production loss.

To ensure uninterrupted supply of all utilities in plant & process areas.

To check & comply with all Engineering related Legal Compliances.

To prepare and present all utility consumption reports & data for MIS, KPI on daily, monthly & yearly basis.

Responsible for effective implementation of CAPEX, New Modifications / Continual Improvements / Energy Saving Concepts.

Design, Installation & Commissioning of all Green & Brown field Projects of Utilities, Engineering.

Monitoring & maintaining the procurement process; creation of PR, follow ups for PO, scheduled material delivery, Vendor's payment etc.

To prepare & monitor SOPs, Protocols, Checklists & others documents as per requirement.

Tenure: 4-7 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry.
