Position Summary
Level: Consultant or equivalent
As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.

Work you'll do:
We're seeking a Supply Manager to optimize AI server rack supply planning within our Infrastructure Team. This role requires expertise in supply chain dynamics, planning software, and data modeling, collaborating with internal and external partners on strategic supply solutions. The successful candidate will communicate supply commitments, develop KPIs, identify cost-reduction opportunities, and manage projects decisively in a fast-paced setting. This is a great opportunity for a technically skilled leader to drive supply chain excellence in AI and make a substantial operational impact.

The Enterprise Performance team leverages deep industry knowledge, strong analytical skills, and practical approaches to address clients' toughest business challenges. Our professionals as part of the Supply Chain Network Operations (SCNO) service line within Enterprise Performance focus on helping organizations achieve sustainable competitive advantage throughout their operations, spanning product development, planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution. We excel at translating strategic objectives into tangible, measurable outcomes at the operational level. By aligning high-level goals with frontline execution, we ensure our clients realize real value and improved performance across every stage of their supply chain and operations.

Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

• Experience of 3 to 7 years
• Build strong partnerships with Demand Planning and Engineering teams to capture up-to-date demand signals, including for new products.
• Develop and manage optimized rack and commodity-level supply plans, collaborating with ODMs to assess capacity, constraints, and make allocation trade-offs.
• Clearly communicate supply plan commitments to cross-functional teams and leadership, ensuring understanding of potential implications.
• Monitor inventory closely with the Commodity Planning team and recommend safety stock adjustments based on supply chain risks.
• Drive the IBP/S&OP cycle to ensure supply and business objectives remain aligned.
• Organize and source data for planning processes and manage dynamic NPI workflows for AI server rack development.
• Implement a clear-to-build (CTB) tool for efficient commodity management at various production stages.
• Use Oracle and internal tools to manage planning, and collaborate with Enterprise Products to advance automation, efficiency, and supply chain accuracy.
• Lead development of new KPIs and automated reports to drive decision-making and identify risks and performance trends.

Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

• Technical and analytical skills. Experience building dynamic models using Google Sheets, Excel (Apps Script, VBA, or Python) and creating data visualizations using Tableau, Google Data Studio, or similar software
• Proven communication skills
• Proficiently using planning tools and ERP software (Oracle, SAP, o9, Kinaxis, Anaplan, or custom build)
• Experience in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and data-driven environment while independently managing projects

Education:

• MBA degree or equivalent from accredited university

Location:

• Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai/Kolkata

Shift Timings:

• 11 AM to 8 PM or 2 PM to 11 PM IST as per business requirements
