Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer located in Mumbai. A creative and detail-oriented
Graphic Designer
with a strong understanding of printing requirements. The ideal candidate should be able to convert concepts into visually appealing designs suitable for
offset printing, digital printing, and packaging applications
.

Key Responcibility

  • Create artwork for
    brochures, flyers, business cards, calendars, visual aids, labels, packaging boxes
    , and other marketing collaterals.
  • Prepare print-ready files with correct
    bleed, margins, colors (CMYK), and resolutions
    .
  • Coordinate with the production/printing team for accurate execution of designs.
  • Make revisions based on client feedback while maintaining design quality and brand consistency.
  • Ensure proper file formats (PDF/X-1a, CDR, AI, TIFF, etc.) for printing outputs.
  • Maintain and organize design assets, fonts, images, and brand files.
  • Understand fabrication processes such as
    lamination, foiling, UV, die-cut, embossing
    , etc.

Skill & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in
    CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop
    (knowledge of InDesign is a plus).
  • Basic understanding of printing techniques (offset, digital, screen).
  • Strong sense of layout, typography, color correction, and aesthetics.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple design tasks.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn printing industry standards.
