Overview
Tracelink IT is seeking a deep technical Salesforce Architect and hands-on senior level developer with extensive experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ with Advance approvals and Conga Composer, Revenue Cloud, OmniChannel, Community Portal, Quote-to-Cash and ERP/CRM integrations via Salesforce APIs and iPaaS Middleware.
As the development lead, you will be responsible for guiding architecture, design, development and implementation of ongoing platform enhancements, bug fixes and operations across multiple simultaneous global projects and operations.
Collaborating on a daily basis with many cross-functional business partners, the position calls for outstanding hands-on technical development capabilities as well as customer service and written/verbal communication skills. Equally as important are agile work methodology skills, project management expertise and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing and compliance-based cloud-first technology company.
Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain complex custom Salesforce configurations, workflows and integrations supporting a global, multi-entity, multi-currency business
• Design, build and maintain complex Salesforce integrations with ERP and other financial and marketing applications focused on data mapping and transformation operations including tightly coupled Order-to-Cash processes
• Design and implement integrated reporting and analytics capabilities to create visually engaging and intuitive dashboards and reports, emphasizing clear communication of complex data through charts, graphs and other visual elements
• Pioneer and drive CRM & ERP AI initiatives
• Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other business systems and integrate AI-driven tools to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy
• As a fellow data steward, deeply understand business goals and develop a strategy focused on these goals that enables a rapid, iterative framework for continuous platform development and integration
• Serve as technical Salesforce team lead and mentor
• Provide active participation, daily stand-up type oversight and prioritization of 24x7 operations and ongoing project initiatives including resource management and matrixed collaboration with stakeholder teams
• Lead Finance and Sales business teams through complex, multi-phased delivery projects and provide hands-on delivery guidance
• Work to resolve escalated business unit issues in a timely manner coordinating non-department resources as required
• Drive for win-win solutions across multiple competing interests
• Perform SaaS platform upgrades, patches and security fixes as required
• Collaborate with Security and Regulatory & Quality Compliance teams to drive IT compliance programs; define and promote IT policies, procedures and standards that align with all regulatory requirements and industry best practices
• Ensure comprehensive and effective controls are implemented, maintained, and monitored in support of data protection

Qualifications

• 10+ years demonstrated and progressing Salesforce platform development and scripting experience focused on complex workflows and integrations
• Previous demonstrated experience as Salesforce Architect on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, OmniChannel, Customer Community (Experience Cloud), Knowledge Article management
• 5+ years Integration and API experience with ERP, finance and marketing and AI applications
• 10+ years hands-on experience building custom reports and data import/export processes
• 7+ years complex project management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related fields or commensurate work experience
• Salesforce developer certification
• Proven experience leading Salesforce developers & development projects
• Experience managing projects using Agile methodologies
• Proven experience participating in global IT development projects consisting of onsite resources, contractors, consultants and managed services providers
• Excellent problem-solving, triage and troubleshooting skills coupled with the ability to work well both in teams and independently
• Proven ability to flexibly adapt to rapidly changing business priorities and operational challenges
• Pharma, Healthcare or other security/compliance regulated industry experience preferred
• Experience in compliance to relevant data protection regulations and frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR, Privacy Shield, ISO 27001, SOC1/2 requirements and controls)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
