Financial Associate AR Billing


Fresher/ 0-1 year of work experience in OTC, AR Cycle, Basic accounting

Location: Gurgaon Sec 48

Shift Timings: 5 PM – 2 AM IST

Work Model: WFO (Two-way cab facility provided within hiring zone)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-

  • Drive the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process with a focus on streamlining workflows and reducing turnaround times.
  • Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and credit-related concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customers to address billing errors and disputes promptly.
  • Apply an analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ensure timely compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.
  • Complete daily tasks in alignment with the defined SOPs.
  • Deliver work within stipulated timelines(TAT).
  • Maintain high-quality standards in all deliverables.
  • Regularly update process documents and SOPs to reflect current practices.
  • Proactively contribute process improvement ideas to enhance efficiency.
  • Demonstrate initiative beyond regular responsibilities to support team and business goals

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate in B. Com/ BBA+MBA in Finance
  • Fresher/ 0-1 year of relevant experience in OTC, AR Cycle, Basic accounting.
  • Good written & verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work 24*7 shift timings
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Excel& Word
